Every customer is important to us, and every order is picked, packed and delivered with care. But we're able to offer regular standing order customers some extra special benefits too:

Setting up your subscription & making changes:

  1. Browse our collections and click the Subscribe & Save button on your chosen products
  2. Add the quantity you require, and choose the frequency with which you would like to receive your delivery (weekly or fortnightly is recommended). Select 'Add to cart'
  3. Enter your postcode for delivery or specify if you would like to collect from our farm. Select 'Checkout'
  4. Choose your delivery date. Your future subscription orders will arrive on the same day of the week as your first delivery
  5. Add your customer information and payment details, and place your order
  6. If you want to change your delivery day, please call us on 01233 721628 or email homedelivery@foodari.com and we will do this for you
  7. If you want to swap the product you receive on your regular order, please contact us using the details above and we will do this for you (this will ensure you don't lose any loyalty benefits)
  8. If you want to add one-off products to your next order: log in to your account and place a separate order, selecting the same delivery date as your next order and using code SOADDITIONS (which will ensure you aren't charged for delivery). Or contact us on the details above and we can assist
  9. If you want to add permanent products to your standing order, please contact us on the details above and we will add these for you
  10. If you want to pause or skip any orders: log in to your account, go to 'Manage Subscription', select the delivery you want to pause, and select 'Pause delivery'
  11. IMPORTANT - please note: the order date that you will see on your account for future subscription orders will be the day before your order is due for delivery. This is because it is the day that we process the order to ensure it arrives to you the next day. We appreciate this can be confusing and are working with developers to change this - thanks for your patience and understanding in the meantime.

The small print: minimum standing order value £16.50; standing order customers will receive 20% of their first order, then 25% off their fifth order, and 50% off their tenth order (allowing for any paused deliveries); every subsquent fifth order will receive alternating discounts of 25% and 50% applied automatically. These discounts apply to continuously ordered standing order items only, not to additional items added to an order. Where standing orders and values are changed significantly, an average value of the prior four orders will be used in calculating discounts. Other discounts may not be applied to subscriptions, however separate additional orders may be placed using specific discount codes at other times.
